E’ stato rilasciato in questi giorni un nuovo aggiornamento per PrestaShop, il famoso CMS per la realizzazione di negozi e-commerce. Siamo giunti alla versione di PrestaShop 1.5.1 Final.
In questa versioni sono stati annunciati ben oltre 320 miglioramenti al codice, più numerosi bug corretti ed altre ottimizzazioni per il vostro negozio ecommerce.
Nello specifico, la versione di PrestaShop 1.5.1 ha portato vari ottimizzazioni e miglioramenti alla riscrittura delle URL, alla personalizzazione delle pagine CMS e la gestione delle fatture. Inoltre, questa versione introduce il portoghese/brasiliano nell’installer al fine di semplificare ulteriormente l’operazione di installazione del negozio PrestaShop.
Che cos’è Prestashop?
PrestaShop è un CMS open-source, grazie al quale potrete creare gratuitamente il vostro negozio elettronico. Una soluzione e-commerce valida, professionale ed in continuo aggiornamento, ricca di circa 275 e più funzionalità per la completa gestione di una piccola o grande impresa.
Come aggiornare Prestashop?
Prima di tutto si consiglia di effettuare un backup completo del vostro sito, sia come file tramite FTP che come database.
Scaricate ed estraete in locale la versione 1.5.1, rinominando la cartella admin con lo stesso nome della precedente versione, e copiando tutto il contenuto della cartella config (vecchia versione) nella cartella config 1.5.1. Eseguite l’upload di tutti i files della versione 1.5.1 tramite un qualsiasi client FTP sul server, sovrascrivendo tutti i files.
Al termine dell’upload, eseguite la fase di setup e config facendo attenzione a selezionare Aggiornamento alla versione 1.5.1.
